Frontier Florals has been opened for business since October 2021 (its name changed from Orchid Hill Flower Shop recently). They sell flowers, plants, balloons, gifts, chocolates, and stuffed animals. “I enjoy working with flowers and putting a smile on people’s faces. Oroville needed something like this” said Jenna. Their hours of operation are Tuesday to Friday from 12 to 5.
